Every number on MedWait is public data.
We don't collect or estimate anything ourselves. An automated pipeline pulls the figures below from two official publishers, matches hospital names across them, and refreshes weekly. Where a hospital's number isn't published — usually because low patient volumes would make it unreliable — we show "No data" rather than guessing.
Ontario Health — Wait Times Results
Hospital-by-hospital wait times for surgeries, MRI/CT, and breast screening. For surgeries and MRI/CT we show the 90th-percentile wait — the number of days within which 9 out of 10 patients had their procedure. Breast screening (OBSP) sites publish a single reported wait for a routine screening appointment.
